• Securing the Order: When you make a deposit, you are essentially securing your order for the item. This ensures that you have reserved one unit of the item for currently in stock (on-hand inventory) or for items that are not yet available (pre-order).

• Deducting the Full Price: The deposit you pay is a partial payment towards the full price of the item. When the item is ready, the remaining balance (the difference between the full price and the deposit amount you already paid) will be due. A separate invoice will be sent to you.

• Refund Option: If you decide you no longer want to wait for the product or if circumstances change, you can request a refund. However, you forfeit your place in the order queue.
