Delivering on dreams
We have been working with Chris on and off for years now. He has supplied most of the machines for our home arcade, and helped us upgrade our Vewlix with his vesa mounting solution and USB to JVS I/O board. His selection is top notch, his pricing is beyond fair, and his willingness to answer every question we had before and after we got the machines was such a wonderful customer service experience. Excellent Purchasing and Set-up Experience
Chris and the Hadouken team are top notch! They are super responsive and provide detailed responses to any and all questions. Chris kept me updated during each phase of the process and communicated any changes promptly. Once my cabinet was delivered, the team provided detailed set-up/configuration instructions and I was up and running in a little over an hour. Great Seller and Great Experience
I was in the market for a couple of LCD cabinets and a friend put me in contact with Chris. Through the website, it was simple to view and inquire about each specific machine in Chris' stock and the communication was also extremely easy. Chris got everything ready for shipment and handled setting up the transportation out to Ohio for me as well (for a very reasonable price, I might add). Packing was excellent and the cabinets arrived with no damage. Chris even worked with me very quickly to resolve a minor mixup with one of the machines. Overall I can't say enough positive things about Hadouken Arcade. Excellent pricing and extremely easy and frequent communications really set Chris apart in the market. 1st Arcade Cabinet - Great Product, Awesome Seller
I had always dreamed of owning a Japanese arcade cabinet but never thought I'd be able to get one, let alone for a decent price. I found the website and thought it was too good to be true. So, I reached out to Chris and he was incredibly helpful and quickly dispelled any hesitation I had. I live near Woodinville, so Chris invited me to check out his inventory in person. He has a ton of options and had exactly what I was looking for: a Vewlix FC but with 2 player setup ready to go. I picked up the cab from the warehouse - Chris was nice enough to help me load it into my car! I am incredibly happy with the cabinet. It's used, but Chris did an awesome job of cleaning it up and everything was tested and verified working prior to me buying. Chris even took pictures to prove functionality. I installed new controller boards and have it hooked up to a PC, Switch, and PS3 and it works perfectly. If you want a Japanese arcade cabinet, Chris is your best bet - 100% recommended!

An Easy Experience for a First-time Cab Owner
This is where I started to become a cab owner. Chris helped me tons with procuring two cabinets, to shipping all the way to the East coast, and to helping to setup the cabs so it could be a plug and play experience for myself. Chris will help you ten fold to get what you need. I fully believe you should let Chris help you for your arcade cabinet needs, and I will still work with him to get more in the future! Just what I was looking for!

Growing up as an avid arcade gamer, I’ve always dreamt of owning an authentic, high quality, arcade cabinet. Hadouken Arcade delivered on that dream with flying colors. I began shopping for my first Japanese cab last year, doing some research online and engaging with the arcade community. Ultimately, it led me to Hadouken Arcade and I got in touch with Chris. I couldn’t have asked for a more fulfilling and satisfying customer experience. Chris was very professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. Being located in the PNW, I was able to meet Chris at his warehouse. We tested a variety of cabs he had in stock, and I ended up finding the arcade machine that was perfect for my needs. The condition of the Vewlix DB cab was top notch, even with a little bit of use and wear. Chris gave me a walkthrough on the ins and outs of the machine, and provided all the support I needed. Since I was not able to transport the cab myself, Chris and his partner delivered it themselves to my home with no trouble. I was able to get everything up-and-running very quickly, and since then, it’s opened up an amazing new hobby for me! chris/hadoken arcade has been awesome to work with, owning a vewlix has been one of those dorky thing's i've always wanted and didn't think I'd ever make happen due to the cost of shipping let alone finding one. being in Maine i more or less wrote it off my list of possibilities, but after emailing chris he made it happen. after a few emails and making connections with like minded geeks i was able to get the cost down to something that was manageable and am very happy. i had some issues with the cab at first but again chris was there to support and am happy to report it's all up and running and is beautiful.
