Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. See policy exclusion for all arcade cabinet below

Arcade cabinet delivery damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any significant shipping damage, we highly recommend refusing the delivery and work with the shipping company to initiate a compensation process. Please note that once the receiving document is signed, any shipping warranty will no longer be applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All arcade cabinet sales are final. We do not accept returns due to potential shipping damage during transportation. Buyers are expected to be familiar with commercial arcade cabinets. In the event of product failure, repairs are to be handled by the buyer. It will be at the sole discretion of Hadouken Arcade to determine the compensation and support, which will be considered only after 7 days from the delivery date.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
